I currently serve as the Analytics Manager of the Movement Insights team at the Wikimedia Foundation, where I empower leaders with actionable insights about the growth, health, and diversity of the Wikimedia Movement. With over 12 years of experience in data science and geospatial analytics, I’ve had the privilege of working with organizations such as the American Red Cross, Meta, and the George Washington University Healthcare system. My career has been defined by a passion for leveraging data to illuminate strategic opportunities and drive impactful decision-making. I’ve seen firsthand how volunteer communities transform mission driven organizatons, and I’m dedicated to harnessing analytical insights to not only chart trends and patterns but also to enrich the collaborative spirit that powers the Wikimedia Movement.
