The CEE Hub has recently begun to explore methods of enhancing intra-regional cooperation in the field of education. While many communities in the region are engaged in this area, a deeper understanding of collaborative opportunities requires more than simply sharing experiences and knowledge. With the establishment of this intra-regional working group, we aim to investigate how we can work together more effectively rather than operating independently.
This session aims to provide a step-by-step overview of how the CEE Hub has begun working on enhancing intra-regional cooperation in education. By sharing our approach, we hope to offer valuable insights for other regions looking to undertake similar initiatives.
We want to go in more details about steps we are taking:
Establishing a Working Group – Creating a dedicated team to lead and coordinate intra-regional collaboration efforts.
Conducting Regional Research – Mapping the current landscape by analyzing educational initiatives from the past 4–5 years and identifying plans for the next two years.
Defining Common, Realistic Goals – Using research findings to determine shared priorities that reflect the needs and capacities of the region.
Developing an Intra-Regional Strategy – Laying the groundwork for a structured, long-term approach to collaboration.
Providing a Model for Other Regions – Demonstrating our process to inspire and support similar efforts in other parts of the world.
Through this session, we aim to showcase not just our progress and obstacles but also the practical steps needed to foster meaningful regional cooperation in education.
