For years, the people behind the Wikiproyecto LGBT+ on the Spanish Wikipedia have lovingly built and cared for thousands of articles on LGBT+ history, people and culture, and yet so much of that work stayed invisible. Over the past months I set out to change that, rebuilding the project's website into a living dashboard where our community can finally see, share, and take pride in everything it has created together. In this talk I'd love to share the results of that journey with you. The site now follows our articles month by month and year by year, lets anyone explore the full catalogue of tracked pages, and shows each editor the LGBT+ articles they personally helped bring into the world. It celebrates recent and notable entries, gathers photographs from our Commons campaigns, and maps (literally) and shines a light on our monthly Evento del Mes. Mostly, though, I want to talk about why this matters: how seeing our own numbers lifts the people behind them, sparks new contributions, and points us toward the gaps still waiting to be filled.
