There are few openly Queer people at the realm of leadership within the Wikimedia movement. These people are setting inspiration examples of what it means to lead. This session will be a discussion panel with four of such people. From leading a chapter to being on the board of WMF, how are queer leaders navigating the complex world of Wikimedia and what does it mean open to be open and leading. What motivation do they have and what is the fate of curating queer content in the age of AI and what emerging trend are they seeing that might impact both positively and negative the queer content on the internet. This promises to be interesting, challenging and inspiring.
