Thank you for your interest in attending Wikimania 2026 in Paris, which will take place from 21 - 25 July, 2026 with the theme Freedom, Equity, Reliability (Liberté, Équité, Fiabilité).

Please complete this form if you would like to attend Wikimania in-person or online.

Registration for the in-person event will go while places last. Registration for the online event will be available until 24 hours before the conference begins.

In order to improve safety and security measures, registration for the in-person event is now done via a Request for invitation, so that the team can complete an in-depth trust and safety review. Complete this form to request your invitation.

Once this form is completed, you will hear back from the team within 14 days with a confirmation of your attendance. Once you receive your confirmation and if you are a self-funded participant, you will be required to make the conference payment of $100 USD within seven days in order to hold your place.

Registration for the online event, and for Wikimedia Foundation scholars, will be done directly and in one step without the need to request an invitation. Wikimedia Foundation scholars should follow the instructions sent to them via email.
