Thank you for your interest in proposing a session at Wikimania 2026, which will be held in Paris, France from July 21-25.

If you would like to propose a live session for Wikimania 2026, please fill in this form by Sunday March 1st 2026 (end of day anywhere on Earth).

Before submitting, please carefully read the program guidelines.

You can submit your proposal in any of the supported languages of Wikimania 2026: Arabic, English, French, or Spanish. The organizing team will communicate decisions about proposals starting in May 2026.

Any submission that was created using Artificial Intelligence will not be considered.

You may not submit or be involved in more than three presentations (except as support for a workshop, or as a person proposing a meetup).

The organizers reserve the right to convert a submitted presentation to another format , or to change the initial duration of a session if necessary.

The proposals will be publicly visible here on eventyay for coordination purposes. The fields that will be made public are labeled “This content will be shown publicly”. Other fields will not be public.

If you have a user account on any of the Wikimedia projects, you may use that to sign in. If not, you will need to create a new account on eventyay for Wikimania 2026 using an email, even if you have been a speaker at previous Wikimanias.
