Community Wishlist: What's Next?

The Community Wishlist is evolving, and we want to design its future together.
We heard concerns that the current voting and prioritization process didn't meet community expectations, and that ideally a future wishlist would complement the Foundation's annual plans with dedicated wishlist work.
This session is a collaborative working session to co-create ideas for a first proposal for how wishes should be prioritized in the future. One important part of that work will be designing a transparent, community-driven prioritization framework, including how voting should work. These ideas will then serve to develop a first proposal that can then be shared on wiki for broader community discussion and refinement.
Some of the questions we'll be discussing are:
* Should wish submission be open year round?
* How should voting work? For example, should participants have a fixed number of votes?
* What triage should happen before voting begins?
* What criteria should be used to prioritize wishes?
* How might the wishlist surface big investment areas when needed?
Whether you've participated in the Community Wishlist for years or are new to the process, we'd love your ideas. The goal is to leave the session with a concrete draft proposal shaped by the community.
