Continuous support for young active Wikimedians increases their chances of long-term involvement in the movement. How can we support young people individually in long-term and healthy involvement? How can we support their growth and the development of skills and abilities that will enable them to be the best organizers and leaders in their communities? How did CEE Hub approach these questions when building CEE Youth, and how did Wikimedia Czech Republic approach them when organizing the first Wikimedia Youth conference?
