Warming Up the Incubator: How Can We Improve Wikimedia Incubator?

I am a Wikimedian from Jakarta, Indonesia that currently active in Jakarta Wikimedia Community, Indonesian Wikisource Community, Mataram Wikimedia Community, and Indonesian Wiktionary Community. I am mostly active in Indonesian Wikisource, where I held a sysop position, and Wikimedia Incubator, where I, with my community, am working on Betawinese and Sasaknese Wikimedia projects, including Wikipedia, Wiktionary, and others.
Abstract
Wikimedia Incubator is a project that created to incubate new Wikimedia projects on new languages. This project aims to incubate and to prepare new projects to ensure that they have at least "useful" and healthy community to managing the project. This great aim of the projects, however, sometimes provide a vague requirements that does not inform new communities on how to publish their projects. These challenges can lower the "spirit" of the new communities that did not get clear path and update regarding their projects. In this session, I would like to discuss on how we can improve process by giving clear path on publishing new projects while keeping the quality and reliability of the contents on the projects and the community.
Additional information
This session will relate more on the reliability of the community, especially on how we can improve the "strength" or "spirit" of new contributors in publishing new projects in their language, while keeping the quality good. The discussion can be used to improve processes that each new projects should going through. Besides, this session also relate to freedom and equity on how we can increase information and contents that use indigineous languages on the internet.
There are two types of audiences: contributors for projects that are still in Wikimedia Incubator and the Language Committee that can improve or at least know the challenges that new contributors face while using Wikimedia Incubator.
